Alfie

This little squirrel's mum was killed and someone found her 2 babies and took them to the vet where my niece works. The vet was loathe to put them to sleep so said that staff could adopt them as long they didn't set them free.
In a way that makes me sad but on the other hand he is a really happy wee character and already thinks that Sam and Paul are his mum and dad. When Paul comes home from work, Alfie runs up his body and snuggles into his neck. He also runs up our backs and over our shoulders, helps himself to any food he can get hold of and buries nuts all over the place. 

Although we all love him and his antics are funny, I think Sue will be glad when they go back to their own flat after the funeral as his toilet habits leave a lot to be desired! :-D
