The change in the weather is welcome. The colder air is a small price to pay for seeing off all that recent rain and fog.

A morning of conference calls. An afternoon of waiting for a delivery of logs that finally arrived after dark and a new radiator that failed to materialise at all!

And talking of failing to appear I was not at all surprised by the two leaders who did not join the Channel 4 Leaders’ Debate on the Climate Emergency.
