The day when the rains came.....

Well snow actually, but what a pathetic show. I first noticed a dribble of snow on the garage roof but it was so light that I thought I'd imagined it. But, no. Actual snow had actually fallen. The car was the proof!

I hope you'll enjoy the next door's collection of what we lovingly call 'tat' in their garden. I think it started as a few ornaments and then friends / relations bought more - and it got to be more and more kitsch-y. I particularly hate the half dog 'digging' - of which she has 2.

When the weather is better - and there are flowers/ bushes in bloom, her garden is actually quite nice, but just not at the moment.

Anyway, when I went to go out this afternoon, there was still a layer of snow on the car - despite it having rained / drizzled all afternoon. So it must have been really cold all day.
