Sweet Chilli Tomato Sauce..

I’m very, very partial to sweet chili sauce, in fact tomato sauce if any kind...
And the bought commercial ones can be very sweet, so when I found this little gem of a recipe I thought I’d make my own...!
Very successful....the recipe says Jam but I whizz it up to a pouring sauce consistency...lovely on absolutely everything!!
I’ll freeze the cartons and have it for weeks..

Such sad news today on the passing of Gary Rhodes...
I met him at Taste of Dublin back in 2008 ...such a lovely guy and such a great chef...
