Contrary to the picture...

I had a really lazy Sunday after my busy day yesterday. The only thing I had on was nipping out to get a photo of the Boot Camp class to put on the Takwon Do website front page.

After that I had a long soak in the bath then watched the Cameron McNeish programme about the Scottish NAtional way. Seeing Sandwood Bay and the Cape Wrath lighthouse at the end of it made me keen to head back up in the Summer again. There had been debate about trying somewhere else this year, but I think Roz and I really still fancy Durness, it's a beautiful part of the world that we never get bored of and there are no midges in high summer. What more can you ask for...
