Exercise

In the meantime, I'm exercising like crazy in preparation for our hike. I reached 2000 feet elevation in 62 minutes. I don't have to walk that fast but the elevation on the hike will be 6500 feet. And although I have been losing weight, and centimeters of my hips, waist and upper legs, my calves have gained a centimeter or 2 :-)
