November Roses

An excellent one-to-one gym session this morning with Michael at JustGym and then we stopped for coffee on the way home. We also did a little shopping in B and M; I purchased some very reduced, plants two at £2 and two at £1 as well as some bulbs.
 
Once home I planted the tubs by the front door with two of the plants, which had pink flowers and put the two Hebes in one of our smaller borders. Some of the bulbs went into the front tubs and some in a border. Although it is rather late for planting bulbs, these are not ones that flower early in spring so there is plenty of time for them to grow. Other than that I have not done a lot else although I have caught up with some reading.
 
Today’s picture is of some roses flowering in the front border by the gate; they are Rhapsody in Blue, but look pink to me. Anyone who knows me will know that my colour is not always the same as anyone elses!!
 
The temperature at GMT noon today of eleven degrees Celsius; once again, dull with some light rain at times.
