Another view

A dreich day. I started off by 'sleeping in' so ditched the swim. Lovely pics from KL of Olivia and Amelia's letter to Santa. One wants stickers, the other just wants presents. Then down to C's new house off Leith Walk. A real good catch up with coffee and then across to the College for two meetings. By this time it was bucketing.

I let the meetings overrun and that coupled with 2 road closures meant stupidly long diversions and 30 minutes to do less than 3 miles.

Spent some of the evening writing minutes and the rest back in the Kirk Halls at SCD. I struggle to remember the moves and I'm wondering if it's about learning style, or more likely thinking about other things. But at least I'm avoiding the politics.
Last night's minute was very difficult mainly because the meeting was awful and could have been completed in half the time with a bit of direction and focus. This is self inflicted pain.

Tonight the Kirk looked quite Gothic rising from the mist.
