Downy Woodpecker

I was unsure if it is a Downy or a Hairy, but the Hairy is 9" according to the book and the Downy is 6", so I think it's the Downy.  Dark and rainy today and needed to take Mom to an unschedule trip to the clinic for an EKG (ok).  So the order of my day was turned around and I didn't have much time to take a photo.  I saw him on the tree which I would have liked better than the feeder, but didn't have a clear shot.  Son just left Ellensburg Washington to come home for the Thanksgiving holiday, so he will be in later tonight.
