Xmas cushions

I had a busy morning as I went to the Red Deer Centre for Ceilidh dancing to try out. I got a really nice welcome and managed to get up for a few dances. Most of the dances are quite slow pace so that suits me fine. I explained my health problems to a few people incase I needed to stop if I got too out of breath and they said not to worry as a few people do that.
Home for lunch and then I went over to Rhona's.
