Dreich!

Back to my usual haunts and normal life today.

The weather was somewhat damp, but that didn't prevent me from getting my fresh air hit for the day.

You can just make out a couple of cormorants perched in the tree on the right. They appear each Autumn on the lake at Trentham Gardens marking the change of the season.

I noticed too, that the Autumn colours had faded a little more with less leaves on the trees.

Visited dad later to take him his weekly shop and just to catch up. I think he would have loved it in Scotland. I'm not sure I could have coped with him for a week.....!
