A busy day at work I even managed to trip up the stairs not one step but two I thought I was going to go head first into the wall , I was too slow to put my hands out it happened so fast so I landed on my knees, I already had a bad knee now both are sore and I still have my cold so it’s plenty of ice packs and my hot water bottle for comfort.
I’m off tomorrow so I will be able to rest.
