Miller Ground

A bit of me time this morning with a massage and reflexology.  Heaven.  Thank you AS.

Pretty wet and grey everywhere and so I went to Miller Ground to try to avoid the rain for a blip.  Autumn colours still in evidence there.

Made a vat of Ragu sauce this afternoon and also crumble topping for the freezer (and not to be eaten together).

Spoke to No 1 son this evening and he seems chipper.  That's all good.
