Nutcrackers

Today's my 37th birthday. I went to Canal Place to pick up some cake from the European Desserts place we visited a little over a week ago. I tried a bakery downtown, but it was sad and empty. The shelves were practically deserted, and they only had one cake ready that was for a little girl and didn't look good.

So I walked here and got two slices of peanut butter chocolate cake. Jill picked up Italian for dinner. I had to work, so we couldn't go out, but that's fine. The food was delicious. It was a good birthday.
