Sage and Rosemary (sage)

I only found out very recently that the herb Rosemary had 
undergone a reclassification and name change.
The plant was originally classified and named in 1753

The plant is now considered to be part of the Sage or Salvia genus.

The name has changed from Rosmarinus officinalis to Salvia rosmarinus.

I note on the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) website that they still use the R. officinalis name.
