Down the Prom

I really like this foreshortened view of the Prom. Taken on my way home after a mini NaNo write-in round at Portobello Beach Bistro. Got my words done for the day, sitting underneath my football grounds photographic exhibition. This evening's football was a little frustrating - like one of those walks with a group when you are one of the slowest. They stop and wait for you and as soon as you catch up they set off again. The other team pulled ahead and we got back level only for them to pull away again. And repeat. Scored a couple myself including a stretch to reach a great cross to the back post from S. Ultimately, when C missed a good chance to start our final come-back, they went up the other end to clinch it.
