The Holly And The Ivy

I know, too soon, but I was unexpectedly busy today. We got the opportuntity to get someone in to do some maintainance work at the lodge.

Anyhow, 10 years ago I bought some ivy to decorate the function room at #1 Daughter's wedding. I planted the remaining pots in the garden and it has spread massively. We also have at least 4 different holly bushes in the garden. This one has far more berries than the other varieties.

It might be too early for Christmas decorations but it's about time I should be sorting out/taking an image for this year's card!
