master of colouring

Before school began, Zeke was resistant to drawing and writing, preferring outdoor play, indoor play and any other kind of non-crayon related play you can think of. I find it fascinating that he’s developed colouring and writing skills in a matter of weeks. When preschool professionals tell you that every muscle needs to be developed through play to get them school ready, they are so flipping right.

Another busy day, but thankfully only usual levels of parenting and no hospital trips or visits.

Gratefuls:

1. Quiet;
2. Eve being super cuddly whilst off school feeling poorly;
3. Isaac and Zeke having hilarious squabbles over Lego. Squabbling isn’t normally something I enjoy but it was comical on this occasion.... he has no speaking skills but Isaac certainly gets his point across.
