A great first day on the slopes

Had a brilliant day on the slopes today. Weather was perfect, albeit a bit cold. Went down some lovely blue runs and a few reds and Mr W got me down a black run this afternoon, which I did, not with grace, but without falling over! In fact it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Maybe my skiing is improving after all!

I took this photo if Mr W as he whizzed by me. Pretty good shot I thought.

We also saw the air ambulance take some poor sod off the mountain this afternoon. Kinda reminds you why you need to be careful when you see that.

Anyway, I now have that very tired feeling that you get after day one of skiing, so after dinner I may have to hit the sack, as tomorrow we get to do it all again.
