Rock choir biscuits

Tomorrow is our last rehearsal of the year so we are all bringing along festive nibbles. I decided to make some gingerbread biscuits, and as I couldn’t find my usual recipe book, did a google and found these for German lebkuchen on ‘The Pink Whisk’ a former bake off contestant. I have tasted a few, so hope there are enough for tomorrow!
