Mumonnahoss (Day 1663)

It was a dreich, grey morning as I followed the woofers up the hill. It is less than a month to go til we start getting more daylight again and I can't wait.
Work was in Stromness this morning, replacing an electric shower. My next customer wasn't home, and as I knew   my beautiful wife was down at the yard dealing with the hosses, I decided to head along to say hello.
Shortly after I arrived I spotted Mum coming back from a ride out on George. It is really lovely to see Mum on a horse again.
HV and I had lunch at home then a wander with the woofers at Lyde. Later, as HV went to work, I headed to town to collect stuff for a job tomorrow.
