Tofu Greek Salad

Tofu greek salad with chick peas. Wine: Debeaune Beaujolais Nouveau 2019.

A nice, light Sunday lunch. I’m not a huge fan of Beaujolais Nouveau (my husband is more partial to it), but this year’s was better than last year’s.
