The Gulf Islands

Sunny and calm.   The weather gods have gifted us, again.  A reasonable Sunday ferry (11:10) ...2 hours and 20 minutes from our garage.   We like to get there an hour early. ( 40 min required to save the reservation) .   The other photo is taken from our boat at the marina, next to this house and dock on Galiano Island.  .   Yes the sky was that blue.   15 min from here to our island .  Lovely to be here after a long break ( since oct 9!) for various reasons.   Have some days to ourselves before some family arrives Thursday.  I may just go sit on a log and watch the water.
