Improvisation.

I realise now that this does not actually look appetising but when we decided to have an improvised dinner at Hati and Dom's, egg fried rice with harricot beans and garlic mushrooms and prawns seemed pretty good to me. More adventurous than most things I cook these days. Besides, haven't had a food picture for a while.

Went to see Life of Pi at the cinema today. Even in French it didn't lose any of the beauty it holds for me. It reminded me that I study books for a reason. And to say that I wept, well, an understatement.
