Birdies!

We fed the ducks etc at Chislehurst ponds this morning before heading to Frogpool Manor to treat my parents to a lovely Sunday dinner. And lovely it was!

Later on we went for a catch up swimming class (for the one we missed when N was in hospital). L never ceases to amaze me in the pool.
