Dinner in Tunbridge Wells

This afternoon Mr MC and I drove to Tunbridge Wells (a first visit for us) to meet friends, originally of Mr MC's  as they trained and qualified together a very long time ago!  We stayed at The Spa Hotel, which unfortunately was unable to cater for 14 people for dinner(!) so we walked to the nearby pub, The Mount Edgcumbe,  where we'd been  able to book
It was a splendid evening with great company and plenty of conversation.  As we left at the end of the evening I saw this quirky display by the doorway and thought it would make an interesting subject for today's pic.
