Norman Conquests

Shelly and I attended a marathon performance of the Norman Conquests by Alan Ayckbourn performed at the Sylvia Center for the Arts by the iDiOM Theater. Wow! We saw three plays, one at 1 pm, one at 3:30 pm and one at 7:30 pm. Each was of the same weekend's activities in a different room. So by the end we knew all that had happened that weekend. There was a cast of six who did all three plays in one day. And a small but stalwart audience who watched all three, augmented by folks who came to see one or two in one day. The actors were amazing. They did a fantastic job and had us all laughing and giddy all day long. It was wonderful.
