Stir up Sunday

Preparing all of the fruit for the Christmas Cakes. So a mixture of sultanas, raisins, currants, apricots, figs, prunes, cherries, & cranberries amongst other things. It had all been mixed now, and in the oven, and ‘it’s beginning to smell like Christmas!!!!!
I’m sure the stir up means the Christmas puddings, but the cakes will have to do. Ours and a smaller one for no. 1 son!
