The tale of the crooked neck

Friday night I slept funny so I woke up on Saturday with a stiff neck... by this morning I seem to have a trapped nerve and could barely move my head at all... so no gym for me today...

instead neurofen and icepacks... But on the plus side I skyped with my mate Lisa, who is moving back to Europe in March, causing me much excitement!!! We then managed a wander around Gosford this afternoon.. the sky was really gloomy with a gentle scattering of slushy snow... and this swan seemed to be suffering from exactly the same neck problems as me... so seemed an appropriate model for the day...
