Don't let looks fool you

Looks like butter wouldn't melt in her mouth but the terrible 2s are kicking in 5 months early. If mum does or says anything to upset her, and it doesn't take much, she protests verbally, shakes her arms at her and the looks for something to headbut! Saw this for the first time yesterday and had to stifle my laughter; where does this behaviour come from?
