Toffee Apple Pudding

Maybe not the most photogenic pudding in the world but my goodness it was tasty!
Very quick dog walk this morning; the boys persuaded to join us with the promise of going out for brunch. And very nice it was too!
Then the day turned really horrible and dark and wet. Second dog walk completed by Mr Cakes and I concentrated on dinner. It seemed like the kind of day when only a hot pudding would do.
