Please .....

Got woken early this morning (6:20), AJ had the paramedics with her, they took her into hospital and I agreed to catch up later.

Weigh in day - 2 lbs off, pleased with that. Stayed to group as it is so supportive and helps with motivation. :)

On to a workshop - whitework. Not much progress but a lovely day.

Left early as I had spoken with the hospital (they were waiting for a bed on a ward, stay in at least overnight). AJ still on A&E when I arrived with some overnight personal items, she was in good spirits, had oxygen on as her SATs kept dropping and this was improving the situation. :)

Caleb has written to Father Christmas today and here he is posting his letter - looking forward to the reply :)

Movie night - Captain Marvel - good action film.

Final clearing of the kitchen tomorrow .....
