Downward Frog!

Visited a recently bereaved friend today. F is dog sitting in a beautiful home of close friends of hers on the shores of Strangford Lough. This amazing house is open for retreat and quiet days. I took some photos but can't blip them out of respect for the privacy of the folks who live there. It was a profoundly peaceful place.. So meanwhile 
back at home I blipped my yoga frog!
