.... before I realised that my earlier photos were not good enough to post. Thankfully the Dents du Midi still has some snow on it to contrast with the foehn sky of threatening clouds.

Hope you are having a good weekend. Thanks for all the supportive and wise words about ageing knees yesterday. All was put in perspective this evening. I saw my neighbour who has to have bypass surgery and has had to cancel their big, 2 month holiday. I really feel for them both.
