Domestic goddess

Yes I know I said I was going to blip every day but it looks like I've failed already :-( It's proving tricky to come up with anything worth blipping I'm afraid.

When I was little I used to love making rock cakes. My grandmother was a great baker - jam tarts, ground rice cheesecake, Yorkshire curd tart were all made every week. I guess that's how it was then. The main problem now is that making cakes when there's just you is a sure recipe for waistline disaster so I don't bake very often.

Just got the urge this afternoon though.
