Australia 2019 - Day 41/42 - Bangkok

We were just about to get up this morning when the room started creaking and swaying. It took a few moments to realise that it was an earthquake.  It lasted for about 30 seconds and was quite scary for a while. We found out later that we had experienced the 6.4 scale earthquake located over 100 miles away on the border with Laos. Luckily there doesn't appear to be any damage or casualties as a result and I think it was only because we were on the 30th floor of our hotel that we felt anything at all.
