My mistake

A few weeks ago, I bought a heap of catmint plants - without really looking at the variety.  I thought it was going to be Walker's Blue or 6 Hills Giant - but no.  It is your common or garden "real" catmint, (Nepeta cataria) which spreads and self-seeds like wildfire.  Sophie Thomson pointed it out to me.

Oops.  So today, it all came out, and I noticed that wherever a stem touched the ground, it had rooted.  Double oops.

I shall buy the ornamental variety during the week.
