Chick Checkers

I saw these guys several times, always at the same place, the middle one always with a cigar.

I think their hobby (or is it their job) is to spot people of the female persuasion and comment on them. In that sense, they could be French: after all, the whole sidewalk cafe thing is meant solely as a leisurely critique of humans walking by :)
