Special Tour de France

Montreal is home to a lot of abandoned bicycles which are stolen and then forgotten in various locations. I had seen this one before but never really looked at it until I had to take cover from the snow falling.

Special Tour de France on the middle bar. Considering what happened recently I thought it was a very funny picture. And not bad looking photograph either.
