Today's the day …………………… to draw in

You've really got to be out and about early these days to get a decent blip in before the light goes completely.

This was taken far too late in the day - around 4 o'clock in the afternoon - and if it wasn't for the fact that my trusty little camera does its best to compensate for impossible conditions - you wouldn't be able to see anything at all.  The nights are fairly drawing in that's for sure.

But on the other hand, in less than a month we'll have passed the shortest day - and we'll be heading out the other side.  That's a nice thought, isn't it ………………………….?!
