Before And After
We sat at the Junior Flum household awaiting a technician who was to fit the flue to the logburner stove, which had been relocated from another room.
An accident on his way caused a couple of hours delay to his arrival but we had plenty to occupy ourselves in the meantime. He began the task with skill and determination, removing the first section and planning the new position on the ceiling, then hit a snag. To avoid close contact of the hot flue with timbers he required two extra pieces - which were not available today.
So we'll be back next week to go through the process again.
