It's the start of every retailers nightmare this week, the beast that is Black Friday. We did our launch at silly o'clock this morning and from today until next Friday Himself is working pretty much every evening as well as both days this weekend as part of the management team providing 24x7 support for all the operational teams and systems.

I think he quite enjoys it, and it can be quite exciting at times, but he'll be shattered at the end and won't have eaten a proper meal all week.
