The first single malt Yorkshire whisky

We were introduced to the distillery in Hunmanby (see extra) by our oldest friends. We enjoyed a good breakfast in the cafe. The local brewer of Wold Top beers has diversified and directs some of his homegrown barley, once malted, milled, mashed and fermented with water from his wells to this distillery. Filey Bay is their first release and is very... very... acceptable.
