A Light Bulb Moment

I’d noticed these Christmas lights last week and was quite surprised that anyone would have their lights up in the middle of November. My hairdresser lives in the same road and I mentioned it to her on Tuesday. Apparently there is a tragic reason which is that one of the members of the house isn’t expected to live to see Christmas so they’ve put the decorations up early. A stark reminder that we should probably reserve judgement as we never really know what’s going on in people’s lives.
