Robin

Before my mum set off for home we took a walk around my favourite park in glorious sunshine. It was cold though with parts of the lake iced over and the paths were still quite muddy. It was a welcome stop at the little church at the top of the hill where we were served tea and a mince pie before heading back to the car. The ducks and geese were as entertaining as ever with various squabbles going on, but this little robin stole the show as he posed momentarily before flitting off.
Rosie and Stanley are now curled up in their respective baskets and i'm watching David Attenborough in the Galapagos Isles with my tapestry out. Now there's a destination....! :-)
