Morning walk

My usual morning walk along the harbour before work. Not much going on in the sky and as it was a little chilly, I decided to go for a coffee and croissant. 

The extra shows a seriously large sign seen near the University of Bristol. I'm wondering if there's a correlation between level of education, amount of common sense and the size of signage! I have to say it made me want to walk in the middle of the road...
