Taking the Black Pig to Sea

Strange title but I understand that is how submariners refer to leaving Faslane to head out on patrol.

With snow, rain and a wind howling I was skeptical as I put the camera in my pocket as I headed out this morning, I had a shot in mind and as I turned onto the splash through the haar emerged one of the submarines and her escorts.

It is not the greatest shot but something a little different for a dreich Sunday
