Bang!

I had just finished a 7 shot pano of the gulls sitting out on the ice in the sunshine when someone fired a gun and whoosh, they took off on mass. It was quite a sight. I'm not sure what the gunshots were aimed at, they came from down the lake somewhere.

Every year I see the gulls forming into a giant flock as the winter approaches, so I know it's coming soon. This year there were more birds than ever.

I'll post the pano in the extras, although I'm sure blip won't do it justice.
