Third Life

Ellen's sculptures have three lives.  The first is in the studio and some remain there for some time waiting for further attention.  The second life is in the gallery and some remain there, sometimes in a personal gallery in a home..  The third life is out in a garden someplace where the metal develops a new patina over a period of time.  This piece has started its third life and it looks very well there.
