Teddington lock

We have an 8 mile run next week in Frimley starting at Lakeside (where they have the darts). Not sure if there will be any crossover from Darts players/fans to runners I suspect not many ...

So we managed just over 12k which is not quite 8 miles this morning running by the river by Teddington and richmond. It was a bit cold and very muddy. I got this before my camera battery went flat - brought on by the cold. StorksRock got a better one of the path and puddles
